1. Object
These Terms govern the relationship between Flash Web and its clients.
2. Services and Quotes
Services are described on the site or in a custom quote. Signing the quote implies acceptance of these Terms.
3. Rates and Payment
Prices are in euros. A deposit is required to start, and the balance is due upon delivery.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times are indicative. Delays do not justify cancellation unless explicitly agreed.
5. Responsibility
Flash Web uses all necessary means but is not responsible for force majeure or third-party server issues.
6. Property Rights
The client becomes the owner of the source code once all invoices are paid.
